Taglang La Pass

Tanglang La pass is famed as the second highest mountain pass in Leh Ladakh region, located in the Zanskar range, on the Manali-Leh highway, at the northernmost tip of India. At an altitude of around 17000 ft, Tanglang La pass is like the gateway to Leh. As one drives through this high motorable pass, scenic views on both sides are likely to make the journey wonderful. Besides the pristine beauty, the pass also provides for an adventurous streak at its numerous rough and sharp terrains. Tanglang La pass has a temple and a stone marker, informing about the altitude.
